亞洲開發(fā)銀行向菲律賓金融科技領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)GCash提供3000萬美元信貸額度

菲律賓馬尼拉2026年2月12日 /美通社/ -- 亞洲開發(fā)銀行(Asian Development Bank，簡(jiǎn)稱"亞行")與GCash的貸款部門Fuse Financing Inc.將推出一項(xiàng)3000萬美元的具有里程碑意義的貸款計(jì)劃，刺激菲律賓中小微企業(yè)(MSME)的發(fā)展，這是東盟金融科技領(lǐng)域首個(gè)此類合作。

亞洲開發(fā)銀行私營(yíng)部門業(yè)務(wù)局局長(zhǎng)Isabel Chatterton表示："這一金融科技合作項(xiàng)目是亞行在東盟地區(qū)的首個(gè)同類項(xiàng)目，標(biāo)志著菲律賓普惠金融事業(yè)邁出重要一步。"
截至2024年，菲律賓登記在冊(cè)的企業(yè)達(dá)124萬家，其中超過99%為中小微企業(yè)。然而，融資渠道匱乏仍是其發(fā)展的主要障礙。亞行研究顯示，在中小微企業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)中，信貸和資本獲取難度僅次于市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入問題。由于缺乏可靠資金支持，部分小企業(yè)被迫在12個(gè)月內(nèi)停止運(yùn)營(yíng)[1]。

逾250家中小微企業(yè)代表在塔吉格市舉行的活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)見證了這一里程碑式合作。菲律賓貿(mào)易與工業(yè)部(DTI)提名的10家中小微企業(yè)獲得資本支持，以助其推進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。貿(mào)易與工業(yè)部部長(zhǎng)Ma. Cristina Roque表示："這一合作的意義不僅在于融資規(guī)模，更在于其核心目標(biāo)：確保資金流向那些具備發(fā)展?jié)摿s長(zhǎng)期被傳統(tǒng)金融體系忽視的創(chuàng)業(yè)者。通過將公共部門優(yōu)先事項(xiàng)與私營(yíng)部門創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合，此次合作有助于拓寬中小微企業(yè)獲得正規(guī)、公平、可持續(xù)融資的渠道。"
